hey thanx for stopping in Janiee…appreciate that coming from a powerhouse like yourself. so i’m a newb in the rack…still learning the basics, so i welcome any advice. i don’t see my shoulders going past my knees, so does that indicate the lean isn’t too bad?
this may sound soooo lame, but that pink wide band on the pants, does that make my low back look like longer, and hence a bigger forward lean? i need to go watch a lot of videos on squatting. i love the rack. and yes, goal is to drop that ass on these heavier weights. was pretty good when i did 60lbs BB squats mixed with interval jump roping…we don’t have a box, but i’m sure i can improvise something. and get proper shoes…![]()
