thanks Bobbi, i actually have that site tagged already. at least it doesn’t put me in the obese category. the age factor pisses me off. like older people can’t be lean, and you automatically add some BF even if you had the same measurements at a different age. it’s all a number, i know.
i guess i was just wondering about muscle gain at the cellular level, like how the body does it and at what rate…and the implication for those of us who gain muscle but aren’t losing fat (inches) sorreh if i’m sounding FA-ish
