Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Serano’s presciption for Amino Loading for fat loss? I have subscribed to his newsletter since his interview on T-Mag (“Strong Medicine”). I have been doing his Zero Tolerence program for 5 days and have lost roughly 5lbs. In addition to the products that he recommends on his website, I am using Hot Rox twice a day (am & pm). I have never been on a diet that has no protein shake included. Is the BCAA thing all bullshit?
No it is not all bullshit however it is also not the only method you can use. BCAAs are not only expensive but they do very little to provide satiety for one’s hunger.
