I know that you jump into 3x5 when you deload 2 times but these deloads have to be consecutive or total cumulative?
my second doubt is, when you jump into 3x5 or 1x5, you start with the same weight as failed before or just do a new deload? for example I stall with 80kg and jump into 3x5, should I do 80kg 3x5 or just deload weight?
You do 2 cumulative deloads. The third deload, you work back up doing only 3x5. Then you do two more deloads working back up at 3x5. Then you deload again and work back up at 1x5. That is how the program is written.
My personal opinion is that once you’ve hit a couple deloads, Stronglifts becomes monotonous and ineffective. Move to Madcow, 5/3/1, or a similar program.
