How much difference is there between your double dumbbell push press and the barbell version?
I can full range the dumbbells but can not catch the barbell in the rack. That’s why I’m asking.
Just to get a ball park figure.

Haha thanks. I know it should be more the same dB weight but not sure how much more I should get out of the barbell compared to the DBs.
I find I get an extra 10-15% for OHP and bench press, but I would expect up to 20% extra for a barbell push press vs dumbbells as being reasonable

I find with dumbbell the clean part is the most difficult. Thanks it sounds about right.
