I don’t really do intermittent fasting. I actually just hate eating in the morning and don’t think it’s important. This is actually more natural for me than putting on weight.

Bench sucks. I’d trade my bench in a heartbeat for either the ability to squat or deadlift, but thanks.

Hah. I misread that one.

Both me and my wife love to cook. I really don’t get into the way I’m fixing the food like I could. I’d detail out sauces and ingredients if I had the time. Like that chicken soup was actually home made chicken mushroom quinoa soup with fresh cilantro, and it was awesome.
