Was gone on vacation till Monday. Had some back issues over the holiday, but they seem to have pretty much cleared up. I did well on my diet over the holiday, fasting till about noon then just having 2 huge meals for the day. I actually got home a little lighter than I left. Did a little weighted walking, but no lifting on the break.
Back in the gym Monday at the end of a day in the car:

Tuesday:
50 minute walk with 24 pounds

Yeah, I feel a little better eating less and taking them than going without. More specifically, I gave up my morning coffee, so itâ??s a caffeine replacement. I’m only taking one, because the idea was to ramp up as I’ve felt I needed it, but I’ve still got energy, and the weight is still going down, so I havenâ??t really increased yet.
