Full disclosure. I started ozempic on the 17th, so I’ve taken 2 shots so far. I don’t know how much to chalk up to the keto and how much to chalk up to the ozempic, but I’m not having cravings and I’m not needing to eat as much. Down 5.2lbs this week in 4 days. Tomorrow is cheat day. Plan to have breakfast at Whataburger, and then a hamburger and waffle fries for dinner.

Have mediation today. Complete and utter waste of time and money, but the judge is requiring it before we have a hearing. Found out that my wife’s ex is “homeschooling” the boys. They are dyslexic, disgraphinc, and autistic. The twins have pragmatic speech issues that seriously need to be addressed. In no way is this piece of shit capable of doing what the boys need. I was able to talk to one of the twins for 2 minutes. It was 2PM and he had just woke up. He wasn’t able to tell me how he was doing school or what he was studying. I can see their Steam accounts and he’s been playing games 118 hours in the last two weeks while “homeschooling”.

When was the last time you were 217?

Sometime in 2022 for sure.

Mediation went really well. They didn’t get anything the asked for. I get to take the boys 8-6 two Saturdays a month. We can visit their mom and their grandparents can come over and see them. Most importantly we can keep an eye on how they are doing. We also got an amicus attorney to represent the best interest of the boys. We even got to choose the one we want. It was a really long, draining day but turned out to be worth it.
