Well, after the weekend Iām only down 14.4 lbs. But I am confident Iāll get back on track this week.

Back was aching when I got up this morning. Took it really easy in the gym and skipped abs. Not sure what I did to gank it, other than get old.
Yeah, Iām just recovering from a back tweak that simply appeared without anything having happened. I had a bicep issue last week that also had no associated injury.
Why donāt we ever have random super-strength events? Like, oh, I donāt know what happened, but suddenly my left quad was 3X stronger than usual for no reason!

Next week I have to train a new hire so Iām going to be at the office longer which means more Houston traffic. I think Iām just going to do what I can do in my garage for the week. Then the following week, I plan to start making my gym workouts a bit longer.

So Iām possibly a hypocrite. But still, drink on your good days.
