Why did you decide to get ozempic? You had been doing great with keto and training.

Are you going to ween off of it fairly soon?

A friend of mine on here has started a weight loss clinic. I’m a guinea pig. I was curious about it, anyway. Once I hit about 189 (just to say I got below 190), I plan to cut it way down and then try to level out about 195.

Edit: it has also helped immensely with the alcohol cravings. Just a massive difference.

Was supposed to do legs, but I’m driving over 3 hours today and didn’t want to lock up on the ride, so that’s tomorrow’s plan.

No workout today. I have a wicked crick in my neck/upper back that I’m hoping will work itself out today. I’m 90% sure it is from sitting at a little plastic table looking down playing Scrabble most of the day yesterday while I visited my wife. But I wanted to post, because today is the day I’m officially 50lbs down for the year. I have my Thanksgiving meal today, so that could definitely change tomorrow morning. Either way, it feels good to hit it.

Was running late, so made this fast. Today was one of those days that shows you shouldn’t weight yourself everyday. I ate very little yesterday and had two bowel movements and GAINED 0.4 lbs. Messes with my head.

Cut the ozempic dose in half and try to settle at about 195.
