Not exactly sure what is going on with my weight currently. My legs are super sore this morning. I look old and crippled.

Maybe I missed it but looks like it has been a while since you squatted, 22 reps per set will get your legs singing the next day or so, even if the weight was light.

One more week next week off of Keto while I travel, then back home and back on no carbs until I far enough below 195 to level out there when i do throw some carbs back in.

Did a couple of sets of 10 on ab rollouts. Wow those are so much easier when you aren’t a complete fat ass.

Fly home this afternoon. Curious to see what the scale says tomorrow. Hopefully I held right around 200.

Added some weight to the squat for the first time. Everything felt OK. Then the need to use the restroom hit, which is rare on the Ozempic. I left because I didn’t want to miss my op-poo-tunity.

Haven’t had bowel movement in 3 days, so I feel like when that finally happens, the weight should drop a pound or so. As is, I still dropped 2.4 lbs last week. Down 47.8 overall. That 50 is within site.
