I agree. The reason he is banned is consuming too much staff time. Just ignore him IMO. The thread is only 22 posts, IDK how he consumed too much time.

For those who find this more than just a little annoying (like I do) if you select the ā€œno tagsā€ option at the top of the forum it will eliminate the articles from your view (since they are all tagged with the ā€œarticlesā€ tag). There will be some other posts that also get filtered out but still worth it in my opinion to improve the experience for those of us who donā€™t want to see the old articles.
