DOMS and Adrenaline or Anxiety

Ever had an adrenaline rush the day after a great workout? Or Anxiety or fight and flight reaction?

For example Sunday I have a great heavy dip session, on Monday I was holding something at arms length and I could feel that I was still recovering. Then all of a sudden I felt an adrenaline rush, almost like Anxiety or fight and flight reaction.

It lasted 15 min or so. Almost like my body realized something was not right and reacted to protect itself.

Happen to you ever?

I use to listen to Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi, Bach, Beethoven, Strauss and Schubert all the time.

Now I listen to just one album over and over in the evenings (after my workouts) - S & M by Metallica.

Very rarely will I put on 1812 or Beethoven’s 9th these days.

Testosterone is a powerful hormone I guess.

I used to get “After-Stage Fright.” I’d give a presentation, not be nervous before or during, but afterwards I would get panicky thinking I messed up. never the next day though.
