No Idea if I’m anywhere close to these but I’m tempted to eat big and train hard for these next 2 months to see if I could even do it. Just unsure if I should

This is it. Search back on @T3hPwnisher log for when he needed to hit a heavy keg overhead in an upcoming comp. He trained with this sole purpose and ended up as strong as the Juggernaut.
Only question I would have is if you have access to any of the equipment to practice on. I did yoke earlier this year first time ever in the comp and whist I still got it done, It wasn’t the ideal way to learn the yoke.

Axle bar and a way to raise the bar check

Farmers to yoke:
No farmers handles or yoke but SS yoke bar and trap bar

Yoke press:
No but I have a 12 inch log

Sandbag over bar:
Was actually going to get some sandbags anyways so check

Farmers you can use dumbells or trap bar bar
No real way to simulate the yoke.
Any overhead work will help but again hard to simluate a yoke overhead
Sandbags are easy to buy, dont know about where you live but over here there are always bags for sale second hand.

If I were you I would really see if there are any gyms near by that have a yoke and farmers. even if it just a couple of sessions doing some yoke, presses and farmers practice,

It honestly wasn’t about a specific method/protocol and more an accurate mindset. I was LIVING keg pressing at that time, and eating to support that.

Had a friend come in for the week. Spent most of the week walking and showing her Louisiana. It’s weird to not train during a Deload but living maximally and I enjoyed the break.
