I’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s really nice to be able to flip back through months worth of stuff and see how you’re coming along. Plus tally-marks are super convenient for circuits and stuff.

  • dips and chins went amazing today
  • almost vomited after last set of dips and chins. Had to skip BSS because I sat down for a minute and didn’t get better. No idea what caused some nausea/lightheadness. Might be an electrolyte issue with all the sweating I do during the day and at work
  • thinking about throwing in goblet squats to insure I get the single leg/core stuff done at this workout. Historically the last workout of the week is the hardest to get started and hardest to do hard stuff in
  • lastly buying a better GHD this weekend. Pretty excited and I can get some better hamstrings/easier to superset

  • 1 minute front rack carry with 2 35lb kettlebells

Notes:

  • carried 2 80lb bags of concrete at a time today and go the response of “Are you crazy? You need to come work for me” when giving them to costumer. Yeah it’s not that cool but it’s something
  • also weighing in at 167lbs today. Still feeling amazing, athletic, and not smelling like ammonia. I love how I look without a shirt on so it’s all cool

Nothing else. Spent all day rebuilding 2/3rds of a fence after it fell down last night. Lots of weighted drags and carries. I’m just proud i squatted something after doing that shit all day

Forgot to add. Never got in the shirts from Jamie lewis and I contacted him. Long story short, he fixed the shirt issue and gave me a free copy of his book on overhead press. Pretty cool guy and will implement the knowledge

  • hectic past couple days. Bat dog had to be brought to the emergency vet at 8pm Sunday because of a lump and limp. Turned out to be an abscess. She’s back with a wrap on her leg
  • Got another book from Jamie Lewis for free because of the shirts. Problems with the printer but I really appreciate him giving me free stuff
  • My abs are responding well to the 2-3 hard sets once a week. Might implement this into other lifts and see what happens. Looks like it’s the consequences of directly training a muscle for once
  • Last bio lab on Thursday. I’m getting fucked by the final but going into it with a 90, I’ll be fine
  • slowly adding in more calories. PB&Js are the current move. 1 per day
