Ended up not going because of some scheduling conflicts. Just getting use to working and doing this summer class. It’s accelerated but the assignments are opened either the day of or the day before they are due. Just stressed getting the assignments done and not being able to go do BJJ but it’s only 5 weeks (4 more left!). Appreciate the check in, just got to get through it!

Is this because of a specific expensive supplement or just the cost of supplements in general ? Is there a way to supplement the supplement ?
A mixture. I just don’t have the money to buy the 28 day kit rn. I could always look into the apex predator diet. Just need something that I can drink shakes during work and eat when I get home at night
Cant you just do exactly that. A good WPC add in some Metamucil for fiber, and a multi vit. Then eat a meal at night of mean and veggies. 100’s of people been eating like this for years.
