I was gonna pitch some Spud Inc break in briefs as a stopgap, which might still be worth picking up. At my most recent grappling tournament, I had on compression underwear AND strongman shorts underneath my sprawl shorts, just to keep the hips happy, haha.
I might have to try compression shorts and my strongman shorts for when I run this weekend, thatās a great idea!
Oh yeah, I love the strongman shorts for running in general. No āchub rubā from the thighs that way.

- my quads are so pumped I have to sit with my legs straight
- I felt something slid in the front of my hip and my hip felt uncomfortable so I called the sprints
- Last exam done. Iām now a free man for a few weeks

- My triple extension is getting better. The snatch kinda scared me so I just went with high pulls
- SSB pin squat went to shit on that last set. Iām 90% sure that if I had something in my stomach, I could have gotten another rep. I cut the set because I got extremity light headed
- Pin squats are brutal
- Bench is going good. Not much to say there
- I need to spend the 5 minute pre workout to roll out my left leg. My hamstring and hip is tight on it

I can never get cable crunches quite right. Gave up on them and just do GHD or decline sit-ups as well.

- I finally got my phone screen fixed and man it is so nice to have my phone work all of the time rather than most of the time
- Fun fact: I talked to my old BJJ buddy who is doing the outlast trails this weekend and he hasnāt trained for it. Now in our group we have him, my gf who is coming back from a hamstring sprain, me who could run this week for the first time in forever, and my gfs teammate who has been running like 10 miles for this event. It will be a fun time
