Doing Back, Front, and Zercher Squats?

Sl I have been practicing doing cleans from blocks (my gym does not have bump plates/platform) and I have been enjoying the catching the bar and doing the front squat. Should I stop doing the low bar back squat in favor for the front squat? I am also doing Zercher squat as well. Doing all 3 too much?

Nope. As long as you are managing volume and intensity, you can do tons of different squats.

The LBBS and the front squat actually make a really good combination. I’ve never seen much of a point in doing zerchers, but to each his own, and if they help you achieve a goal, then by all means do them. You can definitely manage three squat variations if you program them correctly. Plenty of people squat three times a week, so there’s no problem with doing three variations.
