RDL’s - 2x4-8 (warmup again)
Cybex Leg Press - 2x4-8 (warmup)
Leg Press - 2x4-8 (1xacc)
Hack Squat - 2x4-8 (1xacc)
Hi, what the difference between, leg press and cybex leg press, i search on internet cybex leg press but i dont get, so i guess its is only the " inclination " 1 leg press horizontal and the other one inclined
I would not do RDL before those exercises as they will overly fatigue the glutes.
4-8 reps is too low for all those “squat” exercises.
I don’t know a personn suggest me to follow this routine page (24) so i trying…
Just a different machine. Typically we think of a leg press as plate-loaded, so Cybex is specifically calling out a brand of selectorized machine
So, whatever i just choice 2 legs press just different machines for different muscular activation and thats it? Sorry in english somethime its hard to get when its about bodybuilding
