DL Issue....Not Funny

due to my legs and arms being same length every rep of dl s ends with bar hitting my nuts…always happens…any suggestions pleez…

Ok this is going to sounds weird.
But the bar should actually be so close to your body on the way up that it doesn’t hit your nuts but rather lifts them up (if they’re in the way).

This is actually the case when i do barbell shrugs so now i only use DB’s for shrugs.

If nothing works you have to get a trap bar!

When I pull, I always wear compression shorts under my regular gym shorts to keep the boys high and tight. Or duct tape them to your taint.

Sounds like you’re well endowed. Pay the cost to be the boss.

This definetely happens to me as well. I like to wear snug tighty whitteys. This will push em out of the way so that rather than lifting the junk with the bar, it is pushed down and out of the way. Get’s sweaty though hahhhahahaha

When your quads thicken up it stops being an issue.

Would like to point out it has nothing to do with your relative arm and leg length, simply the result of the distance between your shoulder and closed fist being equal or less than the distance between your shoulder and nuts. Your legs could be 2 feet longer and youd have the same ball crunching issue. Nothing else to contribute, my arms hang lower than my nuts.

I think taking some creatine before lifting would shrink your balls to an adequate size for deadlifting without crushing your balls.

I have the same problem on occasion but I have rather large balls.
