I was looking for a list of aerobic exercise or in the case of sprinting non-aerobic exercises that burns fat best.
Example
- Swimming = x amount
- Sprinting = x amount
- Slow jog = x amount
- Jump rope = x amount
- Weightlifting = x amount
- ETC

I also remember reading somewhere that swimming is not a very good fat burner due to the fact that it does not allow enough oxygen which is key in lipolysis?
