Optimal fat burning exercise

Hey my T-friends,

As some of you know I am on a mission to lose this last 25 pounds in a hurry. I just ordered a supply of T2 and MD6 so things should pick back up. I have also started doing intense aerobic exercise in the morning on an empty stomach. What I want to know is what exercises burn the most fat! I hate to run but biking, bag work, and rowing are my staples. I also just bought a big trampoline and let me tell you something, anyone who can jump on one of those hard for 10 minutes and not have a heart rate of 160 or so is in damn good shape. Anyway your thoughts are appreciated!

My God, you sound just like that guy chris shugart talks about in his ‘the missing ingredient’ article! What kind of diet will you be using?>

Oh and I’d say running is the best overall cardio exercise because so many muscles are involved. I think shugart has stated this too.

You could try skate skiing (like cross country skiing but with land skis or skates). Uses the whole body pretty much. Nordic skiers are some of the most aerobically developed athletes out there.

In my opinion, interval type cardio burns fat quickest and best. Hit the treadmill or cross countyrmachine, and use the intervala of 1-2 min. as fat as possible folowed by 3 minutes of steady pace of at least 4.0mph on an incline level. Repeat and apply to hill intervals. You’ll burn fat!! Ideally, Do it 1st thing in am on empty stomach for 30-45 min.
Otherwise, after weight training or alone 3 hrs. after eating. Worked for a good friend of mine who just competed and got ripped to 7%bf from 20% plus 3 months ago. Good luck!
