during and post-workout shake (8am): P+C
Meal 3-4 (10am and 12pm): P+C
Meal 5-8 (2:30pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm, 9:30pm): P+F

Cutting Phase: Meal 3 and 4 become P+F meals.
