Don't diet meal timing

I coming off massive eating and want to drop
so body fat is 12% . I was wondering I work
out around 2 pm. I have 1/2 surge during and after training. Should my next meal be
P+C or P+f since I trying drop bf. I did a search I could not find information for the question.

i wouldn’t drop cals drastically after a bulking diet. at most 500cal drops each week. otherwise all will go to custard.
anyway another P+C meal should be fine followed by another 1-2 P+F meals
