Diet Beginnings!

I have been weight lifting for about 3 years and now for the past I have been training hardcore and competing in powerlifting comps and strongman. I recently crushed my foot at work and doc says that I can’t squat over 200 pounds for about 8 months. I want to try my shot at bodybuilding until I can powerlift/strongman again. In my fridge I recently bought: boneless skinless chicken breast, london broil steaks, turkey breast, and lean ground beef, vegetables of all kinds, fat free skim milk, and fat free cottage cheese.

Now all I need help with is to get tips and help on how to diet. I have read extensively through T-Nation and have been reading forum subjects for about 2 years, but I really can’t find the information I need considering that I’m an endomorph and while I have a good bit of body fat I also have a lot of muscle mass and muscularity. Really need to work on the vascular thing. Can anyone help? Any advice will be welcome and any harsh unneeded criticism will be over looked. Please help I have already registered for a comp in 5 months!

there you go

Oh and looking pretty solid. On the legs then go unilateral 200lbs on one leg. You can get a lot of stimulus with less load in unilateral moves until you are healed.
