Diet Advice on Fat Consumption?

Anyone any thoughts on having:

100gms of nuts
1 avocado
3tbsp olive oil
4tbsp peanut butter
4 litres (a gallon) milk
2 whole eggs
250g steak

all this everyday for say a year?? or 3?? just bulking atm, but had to re-sort my diet because of money, time and calories…

like most people im strapped for cash, need about 4200cal on training days, and am at university so strapped for prep time etc. just wondering whether all these fats will kill me, heartattack or what???

i know the strongmen like reg, reeves, grimek and scott all had diets like this??

anyone have a diet similar in these fats??

There is no problem at all with a daily intake of what you posted above.

Be sure to get some (poly-)unsaturated fats as well, e.g. add some fish(-oil).

it’s fine as long as you have a high fiber (eg. 50 grams) + veggie intake to compensate

ok, what about the associated sodium levels from the milk? meat etc

Seriously? If you’re eating whole, natural foods, sodium is probably not going to be a big concern for you. Avoid shit that comes in a box.

good stuff, im there

Yummy. More eggs, more steak. Check that your peanut butter isn’t chock full of trans-fats, sugar and preservative (safest to buy small quantities of the stuff you grind at the shop).

Does anyone have a name for a “good” peanut butter. Good in this case meaning one that wasn’t full of all the nasty shit that impedes bulking.

Just look for “Natural” peanut butter. It’s always amusing to compare the ingredient list. Regular containing all kinds of junk and natural peanut butter containing … peanuts. I bought my last one at Walmart, so it’s pretty easy to find. Don’t remember the name brand though.
