Just got out the gym an hour ago and tried 200#. Couldn’t get it up today… But my arms and back were real sore though, so maybe if I take a week to recoup I might be able to do it again.

Well I was pretty amped up and had 2 red bulls an hour before… Plus I wasn’t stressed as I just finished a projest and 2 exams the week before. But its probably a combination of being amped up and stress free that I was able to do 215. Plus I was real sore today and didn’t wanna risk injury trying to caveman my way thru 200#.

I don’t see how PCP can be a great ped but never tried it myself.
Now with some amp or meth I can see people smashing some awesome PR once in a while, especially beginners. You would have to get the dosage and the form of administration right though…now testing that would be a nice idea for an article.

Not really, different scenario but my deadlift was stuck at 450 for a few months, one day i thought what the hell and pulled 508.
