Diagnosed with High Cholesterol

This isn’t an injury per se, but I didn’t know where else to post this.

I recently had blood work done and my cholesterol was off the charts. I thought I ate decently healthy, but I was wondering if someone might take a look and see where I went wrong.

I’m a 27 y/o male 5-10 200lbs, maybe about 15% body fat. I do mostly body weight exercises and cardio. My daily diet consists of:
6 eggs
2 protein shakes
10 tablespoons of natty peanut butter
16 ounces of ground turkey
2 cups of brown rice
Multi vitamin/fish oil

This comes out to around 2700 calories, 200 grams of protein, and 100 grams of carbs.

Any thoughts?

  1. what were your actual numbers?

  2. do you eat vegetables?
