If I was going to add some sprints or pylos into Mike Robertsons “Designer Athletes” where would be the best place to put them?
I would like to do some sprints/pylos just 1/week.

IMO i would put them before the day 1 lift. just keep the volume in check or lower some of the volume of some of the lifts to compensate for the plyos-sprints. if you add something, that usually means you have to take out somewhere else. good luck to you.
