Deload Week Trouble

Hey guys I’m currently in the Deload week for the BBB 3 month challenge. But for one of my sets I need to overheard press 5 reps of 35 lb, only thing is my gym only has 45 pound bars. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Just do it with the 45lb bar. 10lb on an overhead press at your level ain’t gonna affect your overall recovery AT ALL. I wouldn’t put any more thought into it - 5 reps with just the barbell ain’t gonna ruin anything. Deloads are about clearing out residual fatigue and not creating any new stress, 5 reps with the bar is nothing to recover from.

One set doesnt matter. Ever. Do the 45lbs bar or skip the set. Really, doesnt fcking matter. What you do in the grand scheme of 5 years matters.
