Will finish the 3rd week of the BBB 3 month challenge today. I’ve run the alternate lift as 5x10 ie, 531 sets for Squat, then Deadlift 5x10.
Do I deload in the 4th week, or up tm and start the 5x10 @ 60% weeks.
I haven’t felt particularly taxed with the 50% 5x10 sets, do I wait for week 7 and deload before going to the 70% 5x10 weeks?
Do the program/challenge as listed - or do whatever you think is best for you. If it’s the latter, you wouldn’t need advice.
