Just because it was planned, doesn’t mean you have to have it. Since you had already had a KitKat and a white chocolate biscuit, skipping the “planned” chocolate would have been the best decision. If you’re gonna make less than optimal choices, there needs to be trade offs if you want to keep losing weight.

Targeting be feats as I lose weight 1 arm pushups , dips etc. Stuff I can do at home. Ideally I would do more cardio too .
What I do in work is a bit like interval style cardio fast walking with liftinv bags and parcels. But no steady state stuff.

Half of these came via Cumberland sausages, if I’m doing my calculations correctly. And there was a kielbasa in there at some point as well. That’s a unique approach for sure.

And now you got me looking at all the meat there trying to find the “best”, haha. Amazingly enough, the bacon reads the LEAST like a laundry list
