Two days ago I worked out in the morning 1h , then went out cycling in the afternoon 2h30min; I went out with my friends till 1:00, woke up at 7:00, worked till 12:00, then worked out 1 h, then I played soccer in the evening 1h30min, stayed out till 1:00
Today I woke up around 8:00, after an hour I starte to feel increasing pain throught all the arms, legs and lower back. It’s not going away, I tried to eat a lot which usually is a good remedy, but I still have to lie in bed in order not to feel pain everywhere…
any suggestions to better my condition, since tonight I should be workin?
I was thinking about 30 mins slow aerobics

Do you do this level of activity on a regular basis? Has it been a while since your last workout prior to the ones you are describing here? I know after being out of the gym for a few weeks I feel like I have daggers in my muscles for a couple of days after starting back.
Ibuprophen, a long warm shower, and some slow stretching/massage.
try an ice bath from the waste down or contrast showers. active/deep-tissue massage, foam roller work all seem to do wonders for me. static stretching. hope this helps.
No it’s not like soreness, it’s more like pain that is there even when I do nothing but sit. Usually my level of activity is a bit lower than that but not much, I think that going to bed late scrwed up something
Thanks guys, I’ve gotten the bath and the ibuprofen and I feel better, now gotta stretch.
