Can anyone post videos, either of themselves or others, of lifters doing heavy conventional (not sumo) deadlifts with excellent form? I’ve just started working the deadlift into my program, after having done Romanians and stiff-legged in the past, and I’m not sure I’m doing the lift correctly. Worried a little about my lower back too, it’s getting sore even though I’m pretty sure I’ve been keeping a good arch in my spine.
