Good vs. Bad Deadlifts

I did some search on here and couldn’t find quite what I wanted…

Does anyone have links to videos or animations of good and bad deadlifts?

I’d like to add them to my routine, but want to make sure I’m doing them correctly.

Ideally, something that says “this is a good deadlift…notice x, y and z”

and one that says “This is a poor form deadlift because of…”

Would be really helpful.

I don’t know where they are located, but if you find some old threads by “Deez” or whatever he is called, you’ll see some bad form.

His form has apparently been improving over time, so just find all the threads, view them in order, and read the comments.

Then, by comparison, find some “official” sample deadlift “vids” for reference.
