Hey thats a good idea to do a lil comp between the teens, right now I am not sure where i am at, but ast time I deadlifted I did 385+100# of chains, so we’ll see who gets it forst and when we do, post a vid!
GOOD LUCK TEENS
ive failed the 500 twice and my back/glute is a little screwy so im hoping to get it during track season this year. Zep looking strong
Not to burst any bubbles, but don’t worry about records. In the old USPf in the early 80s the records were higher. witht he proliferation of federations, there are so many records.
For instance in 1988 I lifted in the 148s and did 429, 253 I think and 462. We had single play stuff and old Inzer blast shirts. now this was open, but you might get the point.
These are great goals to shoot for for a benchmark, but just try to g t stronger. that’s what it is all about.

I’m very aware. It just seems like a more logical goal then just aiming for the next plate up. Plus I have to do it in a meet.
