Deadlift Journal Needed

Hi - I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction: I am looking for a deadlift training journal. Do you know of any good ones from the members on here?

I would search the site, but here in Jakarta my connection is poor and it takes forever for the pages to load.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Bend/squat down and pick up a heavy weight, do it a bunch more times. Eat a lot and then go to sleep. Do this at least once a week but not more than twice per week. Add weight every other time. Do it for a many, many, weeks in a row. Log it.

There’s your journal.

I guess numbers and percentages are not your strong point.

I was looking for something a little more challenging than your personal routine.

Train smart?

Don’t over think what needs to be done. Any scheme will work…for a while. Try 5x5 after a warm up set or 2. Use 85% of 1RM.

Here’s a cool one man. Check it out.

Thank you for the links.

I am currently lifting at 2.2x bodyweight (BW 95kg) and was looking for something that might give me an edge - I looked at the Coan routine before, and I may give it a go but split it: deadlifting (and squat) on one day and the assistance circuit (and 5x5 moderate)on day two.

I usually train heavy singles 6x1 (200kg) on Sunday & 5x5 (160kg) on Wednesday.
