I am basically built very similar to Adam Archuleta only taller.
I do deads maybe 10-12 weeks a year. Using the Westside Template its merely another ME exercise for Squat/Dead day. Very rarely will I replace box squats with speed pulls.
I pull conventional
GH Raises would be my fav assistance exercise for the dead
