lately I’ve been really digging exercises where the weight is brought to a dead stop at the end of the eccentric.
Started with Dead Skulls for a while, and nothing seems to hit my triceps quite like them.
Now it’d be cool if someone has experience with other dead stop movements, I know I’d like a small compilation of them:

Now I read about some other man doing OHPs from pins, and tried them today…Now, nothing has hit my medial delts quite like that movement. Did them behind the neck, setting the pins just below ear level.

Pin CGBP, suicide grip, PL setup. Pins set to and inch or two above chest.Couldn’t find a vid, but this was beastly:

And of course, rack deadlifts. Don’t fit into my program now, but as soon as I can I’ll start doing these again.Bar just at knee level, strap up, scapular retraction. Lean back while holding onto the bar,so that you’d fall if you were to let go, getting a good stretch in the lats before straightening the body.
