I am just wondering how many T-folks are around the DC Metro area.
I Just finished up my damn Grad. Studies, finals etc. for the year and finally have a bit more time on my hands. Thought it might be a good idea for some like minded individuals to gather from time to time in the area.
Every other group seems to gather in the area, were talkin EVERY group. If there are more than two people with like interest they seem to set up a booth to protest or speak their issue. Maybe we could join together and do some strong man type stuff on the grass on the Mall. Now that would be interesting. LOL Farmers walks up and down the monuments and such. Xvests fit right in with all the bullet proof vest as well. You dont get a second glance.
Hey we could even all take our supplements and go sit through a session of congress. Just to prove one can partake in the most cutting edge supplements out there (thanks Biotest)and still keep a level head. Prove that proper use of supplements is not only safe but effective.
Who knows, or we could just shoot the breeze and adrime the HUGE amount of misguided skinny fat Cardio freaks.
If your from the area you know what I’m saying. I not against cardio as part of a complete training program but my god this area is full of two types. Either those whom simply cant stop running due to the fact the are so damn skinny even the slightest breeze keeps their momentum up, or those who are only carrying weight in their gut, running miles, and miles just to sit down to Starbucks latests Sugar laden goodies.

Anyway, meet or not just thought it might be cool to know how many of us their are in the area.
Coming home May 8th, Live and work in Herndon, VA, spend alot of time in the city etc… although I will be extremely busy this summer training clients and training myself for the upcoming season, so any t-nat activity would have to be well organized.
Baltimore…I’m always looking for a good excuse to get away once in a while…especially if means leaving all of the personal trainers/clients doing curls in the squat rack behind. Keep me posted.
