I am planning on following 12 weeks of super strength and limping following massive eating, androsol, vitex, and tribex cycle the first 6 weeks then creatine the last 6 (goal to gain 2 pds a week), then using coach davies active rest (non-weighted GPP and rope work everyday) for my recovery week plus MD6 (goal to lose 2 pds of fat), then jumping back into a mass building program, how does this sound?
i forgot to mention that during teh active rest i will be folowing don’t diet
How will you use the Androsol? Run it all the way through but morning doses only? or half doses? Or just the first ot last 2 weeks? Anyway, my advice, don’t radically raise and cut cals. Don’t go from 6000 to 1500 per day for example. I used to do that. Never worked well.
One word of caution. Unless you’re used to it then Davies active rest will likely be more intense than the training that you typically do so be prepared and work up to the volumes recommended.
thanks for the replies…I will be folowing 70 sprays twice a day for two weeks then vitex and tribex for three weeks…Is 1400 calories too big of a calories defict for a active rest week?
