In other news my girlfriend fell down some stairs at a party and landed on her face, she is at the moment
at the hospital and I just got back. I am a emotional mess at the moment.
I plan to visit her later today if I am able to get the day off from work.

Update.

She is now home and she is okay except for a loose toth and a concusion. I got the day off from work so I can stay home and take care of her.

Ouch! Good she’s ok and getting better.

But on a positvie note good deadlifting!

Cycle5/wave1/session A.

05/12 - 2012.

After warm up.

Bench:
10x20kg.
5x32,5kg.
5x40kg.
3x47,5kg.
5x52,5kg.
5x60kg.
8x67,5kg. ( estimated max = 85kg )

I usually ask someone to spot me on the last set, but not today. I feel 8 reps @ 67,5kg is okay for me without someone to spot.

Squat:
10 x 15kg barbell.
5x27,5kg.
5x35kg.
3x42,5kg.
5x45kg.
5x52,5kg.
5x60kg.

Squat felt like crap today, hope it is better next week.

Comment:
I was low in energy during the session so after squats I got out. All in all a shitty session.

Cycle5/Wave1/session B.

08/12 - 2012.

After warm up.

OHP:
5x20kg.
5x25kg.
3x30kg.
5x32,5kg.
5x37,5kg.
6x42,5kg. ( estimated max = 50kg ) Crap :frowning:

DL:
5x60kg.
5x72,5kg.
5x82,5kg.
8x92,5kg. ( estimated max = 117kg ) rep PR

Pull ups:
10 x florelius.
10 x florelius.
7 x florelius.

Comment:
Happy with a PR in DL and two sets of 10 in pull ups is good for me, but OHP sucked ass today.
All in all an good session.

Looks like I lost this week to my exam and my job + my bad sleeping pattern.

Next week doesnt look so good either, but I might be able to train 16/12 and 18/12.
