How is this fat ass a 2.3??? Is this “rate my progress” again? Is it because he lost weight?
He still looks like shit! That is SOOOO not 2.3 material!
dude, shut the fuck up…[/quote]
no YOU stfu. He’s referring to an actual forum issue. These threads tend to rate on progress rather than some standard of physique. You shouldn’t be higher than 1.3 at MOST.

i dont think your body can even absorb 40g of protein in one sitting. Seriously just spread it out, itll be so much more effective. 20-25g in one sitting at most.
bro when you overhead press like that stand with your legs spread out more like a step out from shoulder length and use a forward hip drive to get some more weight up. btw you looked like you had at least 5 more in you.

Holy crap, this guy is scrappy. He must have an asbestos suit…the flames are just rolling off him. Darin, I give you credit for your desire to learn. Have you looked at the article library? Lots of good info there. I do think you need to up the intensity a bit.

Your body can absorb that much protein in one sitting, but I agree that spreading it out will offer some benefit.
Darin1, are you updating your Log? If I were you I would put the RMP thread down as a bad idea and ignore it (or delete it, I’m pretty sure you can do that, could be wrong though).
Your posts tell me you’re not up yourself, you’re a good sport, willing to improve - but a bit of a doormat.
If you try to assert yourself here you are inevitably going to lose, you will not stand tall. Retreat to higher ground, mate.
