ill record it as well if needed…with my shirt on.haha…
as for the food I will post what every fat/carb/protein is on a normal day
Well last summer I went from 240 to 205lbs, and now I am at a phase at where I rather be stronger and build more muscle
Good job on the weight loss, that’s impressive, but I hope you didn’t do a starvation diet or something, as that seems really fast. Also good job taking the criticism and not getting upset about the flamers, although bad job on posting here in the first place when you should go to the beginners section.
Your diet needs to have more stuff like chicken, lean beef, eggs, etc. and less reliance on shakes. They’re great in a pinch but not superior to real food. I fall into the same trap sometimes when I get lazy - have 3 shakes a day or something.
If you don’t want to cut then don’t, even though you do seem to have a pretty big amount of body fat. If you really want the “full house” look then go for it. You’re 17 years old and still in the best time of your life for muscle building. And you’re so young you might lose fat while you’re at it too if you work hard enough (this is key, obviously). Anyways, dial in your diet and you’ll make some progress - don’t assume that your diet is amazing or anything just because it’s a lot better than what you ate before.
I don’t get how so many people just post here without reading any of the other threads to see what garners a good rating - how a 7 is a physique that takes YEARS to attain.
AFAIK adding SOLID fat can slow down digestion and blunt the insulinr esponse to a fast absorbing meal, BUT there is a school of thought that suggests that you may have more fat storage if the insulin levels are chronically elevated. Solution: Add fiber (bran, glucomannan) and (as you mentioned) casein.
Also Darin1,try getting your carbs from beans, vegetables, lentils and some fruit for a start. You probably should avoid grains (except maybe quinoa and oats) and limit them to breakfast and peri-workout.
If you can follow Berardi’s 7 rules and use a slight caloric surplus with heavy intense lifting, there is a good chance you will be able to recomposition at your current weight.

after a shake, how long should I eat after it( if I eat a banana or peanuts with it, won’t it slow the absorption)
well instead of drinking shakes, especially whey, look into casein protein, its exactly what you need. And if you can’t dish out the money, buying a carton of cottage cheese works just as well. Im really not sure if you can slow down absorption by eating peanuts or bananas with it.
How is this fat ass a 2.3??? Is this “rate my progress” again? Is it because he lost weight?
He still looks like shit! That is SOOOO not 2.3 material!
dude, shut the fuck up…
Is the flame finally getting to you?
Learn how to take criticism. When you post your fatness on a hardcore bodybuilding site, you won’t get praise and cyber blow jobs like you would on bb.com or facebook.
You’ve asked our opinion, and mine is that you are very fat…and not worthy of anything higher than a zero rating.
Maybe I didn’t have to call you a fat-ass, but hey, Take it like a man and quit your bitching.
WTF have you been training? The ordering Dominoes and channel surfing routine? Based on that incredibly weak OHP, your hight/weight, etc. I HIGHLY doubt your numbers. I hope this is a troll…

Calling me fat over and over again, isn’t going to do anything, I heard your opinion you can leave now
