Did you see his form in the overhead press?
I call BS.

This is true.

Good lifts and good v-shape. Nice to see youre finally getting over 3 in rating

How the hell did that happen. Is this the new David for T-Nation???
Even tho his bf% is a bit high it doesnt prevent him from having at least OK rating(3-4/10 would do him justice). His lifts are impressive considering hes still new and he doesnt look small, even tho its not entirely muscle.
Watch out for lots of jealous haters give you 1 to drive your rating down lol

I’d give Coleman a 9. Dexter Jackson would be a 10.

I wish I was skinny or lacking muscle too.
i have to applaud this guy for not being an asshole and taking the crits/flames without starting a flame war. But really, you have got to dial in your diet and nutrition.

you can’t be serious…I was rated a 4 I think on my last thread. If you think the OP and I have a similar physique I think I’m going to curl up in a corner and sob.
the the OP: I think you’ve gotten some good advice here. Honestly this forum is brutal, but if you look past the insults there is plenty of advice. I got flamed like this the first time I posted (for being too scrawny, so on the opposite end of the spectrum from you). Then I listened to the advice and added 20 lbs of muscle over a few months. If everyone had been nice to me and blown smoke up my ass I’d probably still be 160 lbs.
“If everyone had been nice to me and blown smoke up my ass I’d probably still be 160 lbs.”
So true. This is what kept me on a 1 year plateau. I have made more gains in 4 weeks than I have since 2006.
If this guy lost weight, he would look better then half the people who post on here…

I see you don’t just get high on your mountian bike.
Here’s another good one:
If Tony Snow didn’t die from colon cancer, he’d be alive today.
That is one sweet hourglass figure.
