English is your mother tongue. There’s no excuse to butcher it.

Lighten up on the dude and give him some constructive criticism instead of being an ass.
Correction, I am an asshole and you ate too much protein…and fat and carbs and junk food… hence the zits and luverboy troll handles…

I dont know what you ate that made you ignore the rules about posting in this forum. Maybe a little ghey protein? Just thinking outloud…hehehe

enough of the insults please…
NEVER ENOUGH for idiots. You made a complete ass of yourself…you deserve all the flaming. I just wish that we could dunk your head in the toilet, tar and feather your fat ass, and rub your nose in your own poop.

Edit: okay, maybe I went a little too far. But yes, you are completely insane for posting your pics (and video) on this thread.

OH YES…almost forgot.

My first proper lol off a forum.

Give us some oirish there bananas… cailin, bothar, madra, caca milis.

women, border, dog, pastry… im confused?

d’fheall sé

Scott

Thats it! Blame it all on genetics! And my dad was 400 pounds and my mother was 300 pounds, so Im doomed…

Listen dumbass I have gone from 374 pounds and about 50% lard ass fat down to 260 and under 18% bodyfat at 53 years of age on my way to under 10% by the end of this year or early next year.

Genetics my ass… I believed that until I got off my rear end and got under a heavy ass bar… weight trained and did HIIT until I puked.

You can blame your shitty body on a lot of things, but genetics plays little part in a body like yours in any way…Including zits.

Eat clean do Interval training and lift heavy shit, then come back and tell me about genetics.

You cannot out train a shitty diet. You can out train genetics. Go cry about your fatass mom and dad and what genes they gave you and be a loser the rest of your life or do something about it.

I wish someone had of been honest with me when I was your age. Instead they told me I would always be a fatty because my parents were. I was true until i stopped listening to the dumbasses.

Now get off your sorry ass and go train!

And quit eating shitty!!!

like I said, I stopped eating bad,

so I will show you my progress

congrats on the weightloss…

now I have some “before” shots…lol

Stay motivated and eat right. It will take some time for your body to lean out. Good job for deciding to take control of your health. Keep training and eating right.

The definition of exaggeration is explained above.

Please post these videos; especially the Deadlift. I’d pay money to see how much you can round your lower back, or simply snap it in half.

Good luck kid. Fix the diet, work hard, and come back fit. You can do anything if you set your mind to it…

The deadlift is pretty believable. I deadlift 385@180-185 pretty easilly on most days.

Good work! Excellent V-taper!
