Please don’t post your pics here. You could post in the beginners forum if you’d like, but there’s really little need.
can a mod move it, or should I just start a new thread over there…
Honestly dude, just read about PROPER nutrition and training. You dont need photos around.
How much are you front pressing there? If your BP numbers are legit and that FP weight is what it looks like you should concentrate on shoulder health. That is, making sure they work right.
good to see you aren’t being a stubborn hardass or anything.
BTW, on that 2nd back picture (the attempted lat spread–one with your arms out around stomach)… was an epic fail. epic. lol, no offense, but a horrible attempt at the pose.
Google bb posing and it should give you some hints and tips to pose

Oh where do I start, Training for 2 - 3 years??? What once every other month? Holy crap you look like you never set foot in a gym. And eating bad? Hell I looked better that that when I weighed 374 pounds.
And buy some zit cream and take a bath in it or something…
Oh… BTW I give you a 1 for guts
front press is 115lb,
well this is the first year I ever bench pressed using a barbell, before was all free weights,
mr. dusty, your a asshole and I didn’t eat enough protein to gain muscle
ill try not to pose anymore ![]()
Does anyone else think that everything in this section should be previewed by a group of moderators?
Tastes differ, but the standard for “totally unacceptable” is pretty much set in stone.
I was just thinking that.
they shud add a troll button to the ratings so it goes from TROLL, 1, 2, 3… 10
Scott
enough of the insults please…
You earned the insults. You should accept them and learn from this.
You may be fat, but if you want to change that, do it. For using only free weights and switching to bb’s you seem to be doing okay. Pick a program from here and start training it. Come back and show us your results then.
You are at the right site for increasing your strength AND learning about nutrition at the same time.
Check out the articles by Berardi and Shugart for nutrition and Cressey and Waterbury for strength. Maybe Cosgrove for fatloss.
Also, ignore Alex and all the other douchebags. After all, the internet is serious business.
u insulted this forum by posting those pics!

English is your mother tongue. There’s no excuse to butcher it.
Lighten up on the dude and give him some constructive criticism instead of being an ass.
If he hadnt posted pictures and rather just asked for advice in the beginner forum it would have been a different story.
