Cycling and Catabolism

Do you think that 10-15mins of Biking will Cause catabolism?? 1-2ce a week

Serious? 10-15 minutes of cardio - especially if it’s going to be steady state which most cycling is outside hills/mountains - is not going to be catabolic. Way over-thinking this.

Yeah dude, stay the hell off the bike. Cycling will DESTROY any ounce of muscle in your legs, and give you testicular cancer in a week.

For everyone of these threads where guys worry about losing muscle if they do even minimal amounts of cardio the OP really should post a picture.

Agreed. Im also thinking that is should be a requirement that to post on T-Nation you should have a full body shot as your avatar.

I don’t think full-body avatars are necessary (I don’t want that as my girlfriend might see me on T Nation and wonder what the fuck is with men in their underwear all over my monitor) but it’s funny how many times I’ve seen someone talking about how huge they are or how they can’t find pants that fit etc. etc. and they have no photos in their hub.
