Hey. Gonna be transparent about my age here and then explain my reasons for making this post. I’ve been training for almost a year now, 8 months calisthenics before ever starting the gym (3 months ago). [Below are before and after photos/vids]
I’m 16, 6’1, 165-170lbs, around 13% Bf
Lifts: Bench PR: 200lbs, Squat PR: Literally don’t fucking know cus I don’t wanna die, Deadlift PR: 245lbs (probably like 320 rn tho)
My measurements are: Bideltoid Width: 19”, Waist Size: 28-29”, Hip Size: 30”
My diet: Plain Oatmeal with a shit load of cinnamon (for flavor/blood sugar control) + hella milk (for protein & bovine GH) | Rice + Eggs (protein/micronutrients) + olive oil/butter (hormone support) + a shit ton of cheese (protein)
I get a lot of my protein from dairy but yeah that’s all I eat. And that’s all I e been eating everyday straight for months.
Supplements I take:
- 1000mg Tongkat Ali (test booster)
- 1500mg Cistanche Tubulosa Extract (DHT boost)
- 7.5mg Boron (decreases my SHBG)
- 300mgs DIM (estrogen metabolism before bed)
- 50mg Zinc (usually do this as a cruise dose, and then I cycle 100mgs of zinc for 3-4 weeks for androgen surge before it starts to downregulate 5a-reductase activity = lower DHT)
- 10,000IUs Vitamin D3 (also a cruise dose, will do 20,000 for four weeks as well for testosterone boost before I start to accumulate calcification in my organs/arteries)
- 800mgs Magnesium Glycinate (before bed/recovery)
- DHEA (25mgs EOD for two weeks then I do two weeks off, and then after that do 50mgs ED for one week and then I take 6 weeks off for HPTA to recover)
- 10g Creatine (lowk a shit responder so I need higher maintenance dose, 5g morning + 5g night before bed)
Goals?
Honestly, Just trying to find a compound that will Garner me the most results, while giving me minimal health side effects. It can be a steroid, SARM, SERM, anything. I know I’m sitting around 160lbs, so anything that’ll bring me up to about 190-195 (basically David laid at that point since we’re similar in height and insertions). I’ve talked to a lot of people over the months and they always tell me I look like David Laid and can ascend with 250mg Test E for 12 weeks, or just an MK677 only + Berberine cycle.
Even also looked into Enclomiphene + Proviron + Mk677 cycle. Just starting to look into Rad140 as one of my friends took it at a lower dose and then titrated up during the end of the cycle and then pcted with Enclomiphene. Also he used enclomiphene during the cycle as well to keep testosterone in tact and it lowk worked for him.
I’ve also thought about prohormones, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals or Predator Nutrition (but they’re usually underdosed and expensive for unefficacious doses anyways). I’ve even seriously considered a Var only cycle. S
So right now I’m kinda in limbo and just need some guidance. I study biochemistry and pharmacology extensively so I know about drug pharmacokinetics (mechanisms of action) and how they affect different metabolic/health markers in the body. Basically, if I’m given an honest and thorough recommendation, I’ll likely look into it, see how it fits with my goals and my current regimen, then gauge if it’s a good fit with sourcing/PCT/dosing/ancillaries etc.
Honestly the reason why I haven’t pulled the trigger on anything yet is because I wanna be ONE HUNDRED FUCKING PERCENT sure on what I’m taking as a first cycle. Like I don’t wanna run something then. In the future wished I did something else instead.
