First Cycle at 17 Years Old - Test E with Dbol Kickstart?

Done sarms cycle before which is irrelevant but thinking of starting gear sometime in the next couple months how’s 300-350ml of test e a week for 10 weeks with kickstart of 20mg dbol everyday for first 30 days

do you lift?

he’s done SARMS in the past, I’d speculate he lifts weights regularly and/or partakes in athletics. The general populace uninvolved in exercise don’t even know what a SARM is

350 is good for a first cycle, though you might get more out of it with 400-500 given the risks you’re taking.

First cycle should be Test only, plus 20 mg of Dbol isn’t worth it for a first cycle as you still don’t know how to control your E2 levels.

tbf it was more posing that question hinting at the fact we need to know more about this guy. in another thread I’m pretty sure he said he’s 17 so I don’t feel comfortable dishing out advice without knowing a lot more of his background information.

That’s probably a good cycle…seven years from now. If you can’t make serious, physique-altering gains at age 17 then you should consider a new hobby. Being 17 is basically like being on cycle already. Your testosterone is high, you recover faster than someone who’s 28+, and you can eat like crazy with a forgiving teenage metabolism. You have everything you need already. Don’t fuck it up for no reason.

Back up a sec. How is it “irrelevant”? When was the cycle and what were the before/after results?

On one hand, like the guys are saying, seeing your stats will give some context. Height, weight, bodyfat, PRs.

On the other hand, there are basically no good reasons why a teen should go on a cycle because, as we tell guys every time this pops up, the risk drastically outweighs the reward.

Been training for years done lgd stack with ostarine(40mg ostarine ed, 10mg lgd ed) for 70 days put 5kg on and lost some noticeable fat. Reason for wanting to start gear is due to bodybuilding

Neat. I had asked all the other questions to get better info so we can give better advice.

Unless you’ve qualified for a top-level contest and are competitive for the top spot, that’s a shit reason.

How’d you do in your last show? And, even more relevant now, what’s your current height, weight, and general fat level?

Know my fair share from here and lot of guys from my gym with experience in gear and bodybuilding been adamant on wanting to be a pro bodybuilder for 2 years now eating 5-6 clean meals a day, no drinking, drugs or smoking,

Height: around 5’7.5 weight: 78kg bf: was 12% last year but put some fat on so probably around 15-17%, also been training everyday for 2 years and training couple times a week for around 3.5 years before hand but wasn’t taking it to seriously until I got into bodybuilding.

If someone wants to be a pro bodybuilder, so be it but you best have some insane genetics and be carrying alot of mass at 17 years old to start gear now. Post a pic of your current physique.

Will get a pic soon and I’ve put quite a lot of muscle on this year as I’ve upped my calories and cut out sweets, chocolate and crisps apart from the rare occasion. Also sarms cycle over this summer helped

WOuldnt say my genetics are good or bad my dad dabbled in bodybuilding and was a semi pro rugby player but had too many injuries too carry on training. It isn’t hard for me to lose fat, gain fat or gain muscle though but I don’t have great genetics I’d just say it’s like 60/40

Training plans been changing every 3-5 month I’m on now; chest biceps, back triceps, shoulders traps, legs. I will do cardio once to twice a week while bulking and 3 while cutting down usually stairmaster and I will train abs and forearms maybe 0-1 times a week as I’m not too fussed on getting ripped abs just yet as I am trying to bulk up

Kinda got my feet wet in powerlifting for a couple month nothing too extreme my bench is 95kg which was last month, dead 187.5kg last month and squat at 115kg last month

You seem to be on the right track. Train naturally for another 2 or 3 years and then decide if you still want to be a pro bodybuilder. Many things can change over the coming years and you don’t want to make a lifelong decision at 17 years old, i would only think thats right for those guys who have insane genetics and are undoubtedly born to be bodybuilders.

Prove to yourself for the next few years you have the consistency and discipline to be a bodybuilder, then go for it.

Some of those pics are from now and some from a couple month and 1 or 2 from 6 month ago, I also have a signed photo from lee priest that I got as a kid which adds bonus points to my genetics

I would blur out your face man, who knows what the future holds. For 17 years of age you have a good physique, legs? Would you be competitive in a teens division of the BNBF? very hard to say, and if you are not winning that, then it is far too early to start on the juice. keep training, keep eating, get a lot of sleep and suck up all your teenage hormones. Wish I could go back to 17, I was chopping and changing whether bulking and cutting every 6 weeks to suit different goals. if you want to bodybuild you need to grow, a lot. how many calories you eating per day? start with basics. this community can help you grow stead fast as a natural.
